Description

Godstone Golf Club opened for play in April 2005.   The parkland, 9 hole, course is well laid out across the undulating parkland and, despite being 800 yards from the M25 and bounded by The A25, it offers a peaceful retreat and far reaching views to the North Downs.

The course has been designed to offer a good challenge to the lower handicap player whilst not putting off the golfing beginner.

The course is overlooked by a country mansion which has planning permission for conversion into a small hotel, conference cetnre and leisure club.

Players of all abilities are always welcome.

Very good value course for high handicapper

Enjoyable course with decent length holes and lots of variety. A couple of ponds, ditches that are now running with water, trees on one side, and fairly open and forgiving in the middle. Nicely landscaped, giving a few opportunities to blast as hard as you can. Great fun..

Only a 9 hole course but different tee's to make it 18

A few lakes to avoid ! a little undulating, bunkers quite fair put in the right place's, holes quite interesting, greens a little slow for me ! Club house is a hut ,What no breakfast !!!I had a coffee and a packet of crisps, practise facilities not the greatest, price was about right.
