The Langland Bay Golf Club, founded in 1904, is predominantly meadowland running down to the cliffs overlooking Langland and Caswell Bays on the Gower peninsula-Britain's first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The views are stunning and the course although quite short, because of the prevailing winds, can sometimes feel like many yards have been mysteriously added and with trouble behind most of the small, well guarded greens playing to your handicap is not always easy. On par with a round of golf at Langland is reliving the experience in the comfortable, traditional clubhouse overlooking the 18th Green. Visitors are always welcome, make arrangements with the club.
