Los Verdes Golf Course

Los Verdes is located on the hills overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. The course offers some spectacular views (Catalina Island is easily visible on a clear day) and challenging greens. A newly overhauled irrigation system promises to improve the overall condition of the course, which is OK at this time for a county owned/operated course. I've heard the practice tee is scheduled for an overhaul in the near future, which will be nice. The staff is friendly and the fees are a bargain, considering the location and the views.
