OK Municipal

The course itself is in excellent condition. Tee boxes in good repair, divots on fairways have been repaired, bunkers are well sanded, but suffer the perennial problem of lazy players not raking them.

All in all, not a bad course, BUT at 6pm the cafe in the clubhouse closes! Seems Bedford Council need to sort it out,

MOWSBURY-

This is a decent course with wide fairways and sloping, american style green (not as easy at it looks). Considering its a municipal its kept in good condition though its suffering (like many course) badly at the moment from the constant rains we are getting. Its good value for seniors - 2 of played for £35 including a buggy. Cheaper still at twilight.
Not very keen on clubhouse though sitting on the balcony and watching the course is good. I visit this course about 10 times a year and always find it relaxing.
