Newport Golf Club

Newport Golf Club is undoubtedly one of the premier golf courses in South Wales and has hosted a number of prestigious Welsh and National Amateur events.   The course itself is situated in the magnificent Llwyni Wood (an ancient Oak woodland) and surrounded by rolling parkland with far reaching views.  A setting which contributes to the overall beauty and challenge of the course. The highly dedicated Greenkeepers always maintain the course to the highest standards with large teeing areas, well manicured fairways and excellent putting surfaces providing an excellent testing challenge to golfers of all standards.  The Clubhouse, which has recently undergone extensive restoration and modernisation provides a relaxing and friendly atmosphere to enjoy following the day's golf.  Visitors are always welcome.
