Description
Lakewood Ranch is a master-planned community set on 8,500 acres of land in the Bradenton/Saratosa area of Florida. The community consists of seven 'villages' offering housing, schools, shops, bars and restaurants. However, over 4,000 acres of the estate has been dedicated to parks, trails, tennis courts, golf courses and other recreational areas.

THE CONCESSION GOLF CLUB is one of four country clubs within the Lakewood Ranch master community (the others are the Lakewood golf and Country Club, The Legacy Golf Club and The Ritz Carlton).

The Concession Golf Club is a superb private members golf club set in 500 acres of beautiful rolling countryside dotted with ancient oak and pine trees.

Designed by Jack Nichlaus in association with Tony Jacklin The Concession Golf Club is a monster of a course. At nearly 7,500 yards off the back tees, water, numerous bunkers, huge massivley undulating rolling greens the course fully deserves its Course Rating of 77.6 and its Slope Rating of 155 (yes it says 155 !)

The quslity of the course and facilities is demonstrated at every turn - the immaculate fairways, manicured greens, the 23 acre practice facility with Titliest ProV1 balls as standard. this is a fantastic facility.
