TSG Members who have recorded an 'Ace' (Hole in 1) on a scorecard entered into the TSG Scorecard System will automatically be included here....
However, not a single one so far though........So what does that say about our community of avid golfers - We are not as good as we think we are OR we play really hard courses?!

I'm in, or will be soon when I record my first ever hole in one.
Been close on a couple of occasions and I'm sure it will happen eventually, I just hope I have a witness!

Had a hole-in-one years back (1983, I think) -- 205 yard hole, 5 wood -- back when I could hit a 5 wood 205 yards!
But, just two years ago, I had a hole-in-three! I hit my first ball into a pond, teed another and put it in the hole -- 149 yards -- 5 iron. Much rarer than a hole-in-one!
I had much more fun from the hole-in-three, plus I didn't have to buy after!

No one has written on this topic for a while,so I would like to mention my nearly hole in one yesterday.
Playing the 6th hole par 3 over the Priors course, about 145 yards. The pin was at the back of the green on the top tier.
The green is protected by a large bunker at the front and two on the left hand side. There was a slight breeze blowing towards the green.
I took an 8 iron, nothing special required apart from you need to get the ball on the correct level otherwise it rolls back down to the front of the green leaving you about a 35' putt
I addressed the ball took an easy swing and topped it
The ball hopped and skipped all the way to the green, missed the front bunker, and rolled all the way up the two tiers and hit the flag stick with a thud and came to rest about 9 inches from the hole.
Not a hole in one,but a birdie I wont forget in a while.
These things only happen when I play on my own THATS GOLF FOR YOU.

Congratulations Nigel.
Does this count as a 'Hole-in-one?'
Playing the 9th hole on the Abbotts course I shanked my three iron out towards the 13th green.
We looked for my ball whilst at the same time a four ball were playing the 13th hole.
One of the other group said to me "Does your ball have a blue line on it?"
Yes it did, and there is was in the hole on the 13th green!
Does it count?

Thanks guys!
It was on the 17th hole at Sherfield Oaks - Wellington course. Par 3, 165 yards. Struck a 6-iron that went straight as an arrow, hit the front of the green, bounced a couple of times, and rolled right into the hole - which was at the back of the green.
I couldn't believe it ... it felt like one of those slow-motion sensations, as I was watching the ball bounce then roll closer and closer to the hole, and finally dropped right in. Amazing feeling!

Paul Langford scored an ACE at . See his card
My first one what a fab feeling my heart is still in my throat couldn't sleep last night had a few drinks as well.
It was a 121 yard 8 iron at the 14th at Weald Park its an up hill tee shot over a pond
It pitched about 10 feet from the pin and rolled back down the slope. It then dissapeared behind a bank. heading towards the pin not a bad shot
We walked up onto the green and Alan Haywood who was walking in front of us, turned to me and Dennis who was in our 4 ball and said. i dont want to say anything but there is only one ball on the green all 3 of us thought it was Dennis's ball which had gone in. But as we walked closer i could see the writing on his ball. I was nearly sick .i said god i think its my ball. So my joy began 3 minutes or more after the ball had hit the bottom of the cup. but what a great feeling it capped off a very good round 41 points.
By the way it was after the Lord Mayor's show on the next green where i 4 putted.
