Dear TSGers,
We've had a few reports from members in the last 24 hours that you have NOT been getting updates regarding you games? So far, the issue seems to relate to when people 'join a game you are attending' but we welcome your feedback on whether this has also affected any other email updates?
We are receiving 'New Game' invites at TSG HQ, but can you let us know if you are too?
Finally, can you check to see if any email have gone to your spam files first, as this can often be the case?
In the meantime, we are investigating all is well at our end....

 Hello Team,
I am not getting any notifications of any sort, ie: new games, people joining games, messages in Inbox, new members joining TSG, Forum replies etc etc..
Nothing in my Spam.... where is is all gone ?
Looking forward to the "bug" being fixed asap.

After our initial testing this morning, it would seem the problem could well be isolated to only the following email providers....
Hotmail
Live.co.uk
MSN
Outlook
We have therefore submitted our request to the above, as to why these emails may not be gettig thru and hope to have this isseu resolved within the next 24 hours.

For what it's worth - I've been getting e-mail notifications through fine on Yahoo mail. Looks like it'll be Microsoft related.
Technical stuff alert:
I know they've just changed some Exchange 365 settings which means that anything failing an SPF record test is now marked as Spam, and presumably junked - so maybe the SPF record settings (if you have any) will be worth double checking?
Just throwing it out there!

Thanks for that Gary, just spoken with our email provider and as you say, it seems that there a few websites suffering the same issue with microsoft 365 email accounts....
I'll speak with Glenn about checking the SPF records - appreciate the tip.

I haven't had any emails thru this week, they had been going to spam folder for the week before now they are not appearing anywhere.

OK, looks like we've identified the issue now and it is affecting all email providers..
Those clever techie people at our server provider are talking to Glenn about installing some new software (I have no idea what langauge they are talking about persoanlly, its all zero's and one's to me!!) and we hope to have the issue resolved shortly....

OK, clever Glenn seems to have fixed most of the emails issues and we are receiving them to our yahoo, gmail and outlook accounts.
Please let us know if you are not receiving updates to your email provider inboxes.

Hi Brigitte (and all),
Rest assured, the email issue is now fixed and Steve and Ron are receiving their TSG emails and Ian and I are getting our 'shuteye' again.
However, for anyone else still concerned they're are not receiving TSG invites/updates/notifications, please check your SPAM/JUNK files before reporting any further issues. It's highly likely that that's where they'll be.
If that is the case, just mark the email as 'NOT Spam/Junk' and this will resolve the issue going-forward.
Right, back to the TSG dungeon for me....

Haven't received any emails regarding new games for ages. Checked spam and they are certainly not there.
