Wardsville Golf Club was established in 1958 as a nine hole course (Alvin), with a further nine holes added in 1992 (Simon) and the latest nine hole added in 2005 (Theodore).
The 27 holes, laid out as three loops of nine (with each being named after one of the Disney Chipmunks), are imaginatively laid out in mature, reasonably flat, parkland.
The course is not too punitive to the higher handicapper but , the tree lined fairways, strategic use of bunkers and water coming into play on several holes means that teh course offers a challenge to even the most accomplished golfer.
The club is very friendly and visitors are always welcome. Contact club to make arrangements
