Officially referred to as Aa St Omer Golf Club (fter the River Aa along the river valley of which part of the course is set).
The championship course, opened in 1990, was designed to enhance the stunning natural landscape of the area. The nine holes which runalong and across the river valley rise andfall dramatically offering fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and with water coming into play (although not massively). Then theother nine holes form a very pleasant contrast by running through a very mature wood of beech and oak.
The course is always extremely wellmaintained and has hosted many regional championships including the annualOpen de Saint-Omer (ahighlight of any European Professional golf tour).
Visitors are always welcome.
