Golf d'Arras, opened in 1990, has a championship length 18 hole parkland course (La Vallee) plus a challenging 9 hole course (Les Aubepines). Both courses were designed by Jean-Claude Cornillot and both make great use of the natural features.La Vallee is largely laid out on reclaimed marshland. As a consequence water affects play on the first 10 holes. Then the course move onto hillier ground, more heathland in nature, but then the water comes back into play on the 18th. The quality of the course is reflected in the fact that it has already hosted the Ladies French Open twice.Visitors are always welcome and the club offers some excellent 'Stay & Play' offers with it's on-site hotel.
