Nice course . . .but in the middle of nowhere!!

Played Morgado whilst on a golfing week with my military lads.

It took us an hour to get there from our hotel and to be honest the course and its sister course, Alamos, are very remote indeed. They seem characterless and a funny atmosphere at them. Some nice views, and the clubhouse was okay but nothing spectacular.

The fairways were dry as a bone and completely scorched in places. I think they have no watering system in place and only water the greens and tee boxes to keep them green.

If this was not part of the golf package then I would not be rushing back here to play. Better courses in the area for similar money.

Great course

Great parkland course. A long course but some pretty wide open fairways to aim at. There are some well placed bunkers to catch your tee shots.

Nice views from some of the holes.

Well worth a visit.
