Easy walking parkland course.

Most fairways are tree lined and a few dog-legs will keep you guessing where the greens are. Also some ditches that run across the fairways to catch you out. Probably score better after a couple of visits. The course was in great condition and has good practice facilities which will be improved when the driving range is reopened in 2024. Good pro shop and club house. I’ll happily play there again.

Good test with a few dog legs

Played on a warm sunny day the course look great. The club is obviously well run with attention to detail i.e rakes propped up in bunkers etc. The fairways were in super condition but I found the greens a little slow. I played with a group of eight and the cost worked out at £17.50 each which is great value for money.
I would recommend this club to everyone.

Do visit Vicars

Attractive parkland course with testing but true greens. Online booking of 4 ball great value at £17.50 on Saturday. Course condition excellent. Hazards to think about are trees and streams, bunkers fairly positioned and not too difficult. Temp greens in winter were good too.
