The Castle Course at St Andrews, located just outside the historic town of St Andrews, is one of the newest additions to the renowned St Andrews Links. Opened in 2008, this 18-hole, par-72 course stretches over 7,300 yards and features stunning coastal views and dramatic elevation changes. Designed by David McLay Kidd, the Castle Course provides a unique and challenging test of links golf with its deep bunkers, fast greens, and natural dunes. The signature par-3 14th hole, perched on a cliff with panoramic ocean views, is a standout feature. The Castle Course complements the existing historic courses at St Andrews, offering golfers a chance to experience the rich tradition of the home of golf. Conveniently located near the A91, the course is easily accessible from St Andrews and surrounding areas. With local attractions such as the famous Old Course and the scenic West Sands Beach, the Castle Course at St Andrews offers a memorable golfing experience.

Great option for anyone going to St Andrews.

Enjoyed everything about the Castle Course facilities the clubhouse and practice areas are second to none. The course itself is a good challenge but was not overly impressed with the greens as you will never get a straight putt. That aside a good choice for anyone going to St Andrews.
