Good challenging course, best in area

This course was a hidden gem when we played a recent golf weekend in the cotswolds.

A challenging course with long par 4s and 5s - certainly a strong test of golf and our scores reflected it at the end sadly!

The long grass which features on a fair number of holes is really aggressive so any wayward shots are punished, a few balls lost each.

Very interesting course, plenty of variation, woodland/parkland/common, good views, nice clubhouse.

We will be going back. Cost wise I remember it being OK too, £25 a round I think but check first.
