Morlais Castle Golf Club, set alongside the ruins of Morlais Castle (built in 1270 by Gilbert de Clare, Earl of Gloucester and Lord of Glamorgan)is a fine old, established club with modern facilities. Offering spectacular views across the Brecon Beacons National Park, the course is one of two halves. The first nine holes are built around the old quarry while the back nine are set on rolling moorland. Morlais Castle Golf Club is enjoyable for both low and high handicapped golfers. A modern clubhouse and indoor practice area coupled with the warmest of welcomes completes the Morlais experience.
