For those holidaying in Mid Wales this is a nice hilly course in the Severn Valley and with spectacular views from the highest holes ( inc a very steep climb) over the Cambrian Hills. There is a driving range and a very nice restaurant. It's near to the Craft brewery in Montgomery which brews Monty's beers. Montgomery castle is well worth visiting - an Edward II built castle in the Welsh Marches. Combine the three and you'll have a very nice day out. You can then try the other courses (18 holes) in Welshpool Llanymynech where Ian Woosnam learned his trade and Newtown. Ideal for a golf station with the family
