Hunting - Great course must visit

De Vere Slaley Hall, beautiful setting in Northumberland, played both courses previously (Hunting and Priestman) The Hunting that i played was in terrific condition as its being set up for the Seniors Tour taking place early June. A few tough pin placements but overall a true test for any golfer, however in the hot conditions it was a long 18 hole slog without a buggy. A must visit for most golfers, with great food and very friendly staff at the 19th.

If you are looking for a day out on a couple of tough courses, this is for you!

An excellent golfing complex, which hosts major comps on a regular basis. The hole designs still give excellent challenges, even off the yellow tees. Yes a bit expensive, but there are some excellent deals if you look around. Should be on your list to play if you are in the North East at any time.
