Situated on the Gower Peninsula, adesignated area of outstanding natural beauty, Fairwood Park is situated in 150 acres of majestic sweeping mature parkland terrainlocated just outsideSwansea by Swansea Airport. The couse, designed by Hawtree & Sons,is a 6,658 yard parkland layout with ponds and ditches threatening on several holes. Fairwood Parkhosted the Welsh PGA Championships twice during the 1990s, and is therefore the only course in Swansea that can claim ‘Championship’ status. The late 1990s saw considerable investment undertaken in the changing room and shower areas to provide the clubhouse facilities expected of such a quality club. Visitorsare always welcome.
