Hi H

Well with most things you have to install the disc and once its done, turn off the computer and re-start it and then plug in the item and it will have found new usb and then of course upload courses that you need, i dont know much about sky caddie, but i have just got a sureshot i love it and its works so well, its like having a caddy, but i know the older models can even sugest clubs for you as well, but the new ones are more updated and clearer

Good luck

Hi Heather. I love my SG5 and would be lost with out it. At times I have trouble loading courses but it is just me. Now and then I lose a hole or more but not very often. It surely has improved my game and enjoyment. John ><>

I am cross with it was only 18 months old and can not be fixed they ofered to give me a new one for £100 but did not take the offer up it was good at the start bujt at the end did not give the right yardage so did not want another one.

Prefer the skycaddy 2.5, does same as the 5 is smaller and a lot cheaper, only difference is the colour screen.

have never had a problem with it (touch wood) but friend has had problems with his 5, losing holes, power and just shutting down.
