Designed by Folco Nardo as three loops of nine holes, Lauro Golf Club is set on reasonably flat land at an altitude of 300m in the hills behind Malaga (and offeringsome beautiful views down the valley to the sea).
The use of three loops of nine holes means an 18 hole round can be played from a combination offering 3 18 hole options.
Lauro is generally considered to bea challenging course whilst not being toodifficult for themedium-high handicapper. The course integrates water as an obstacle on several holes and employs numerous bunkers to add further difficulty.
The use of multiple tee positions means this course can be enjoyed by all standards of golfer.
Thecourse is always well maintained and offers some lovely views.
