aldeburgh golf course

from the outside it looks quite an unassuming place but as soon as you reach the proshop your opinion changes helpful friendly and welcoming, the clubhouse is modern enough although it does still hold its olde worlde charm and staff again welcoming.the course itself is a mix of heathland and links which has no par fives but still 6100 yds is tricky with plenty of deep well placed bunkers to protect it but the biggest defence is the wind we played in 25mph wind and it made it a really stern test of your game. practice areas were decent, overall a course that is well worth the journey
