DESCRIPTION:

Garon Park Golf Club, located in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, is a 27-hole golf complex featuring three distinct 9-hole courses: The East Course, The West Course, and The South Course. Each of these courses can be combined to form an 18-hole round, offering flexibility and variety to golfers. The parkland layout is characterised by wide fairways, large bunkers, and several water hazards that add complexity and challenge. The courses are known for their excellent condition, and the club offers a well-equipped driving range and short-game practice area. The signature hole is the par-5 7th on the East Course, which requires strategic play to avoid water hazards and bunkers guarding the green.

Garon Park Golf Club is located near the A127 and is easily accessible from London and surrounding areas. The club regularly hosts corporate events and tournaments, making it a popular venue for both casual golfers and serious competitors alike.

Well worth a visit

Very nice course with some great holes.
You need to be accurate and stay on the fairways to get a good score.
Fairways were in great condition, greens were fast with lots of levels.
Good practice area's and a nice clubhouse,
Pro shop is Nevada Bobs golf shop, so no shortage of kit to buy.
Will be going again soon.

Worth the £19 weekday.

Nice course, greens were good, we had a lot of rain the day we played and the greens stayed fast, yes thay need better signs to the next tee, could do with more grass on fairways and abit more sand in bunkers, thay stop serving food at 4, will play again.

First Time Round

Not a pro at rating courses as I have only played 2 courses but really enjoyed the course my only critical comment is that it is not well signposted between tees
and we missed a hole because we could not find the next tee. This also applies to the 9 hole par 3 course
