Royal Liverpool Golf Club, located in Hoylake, is one of the most prestigious golf clubs in the world. This 18-hole links course has a par of 72 and stretches 7,218 yards. The course has hosted The Open Championship 12 times, most recently in 2014, and is renowned for its fast-running fairways, deep bunkers, and challenging coastal winds. Established in 1869, the club has witnessed some of golf’s greatest moments, including Tiger Woods’ 2006 Open victory, where he famously used his driver just once. Rory McIlroy also claimed victory at Hoylake in 2014.
