Worlebury, a testing challenge

Worlebury has been my home course for 7 years now and although I play a lot of other courses, Worlebury is great for my game because of the tight tree-lined fairways and small, challenging greens. Many of the greens have banks on one or more sides, which adds to the test of tidy chipping. The course is not overly long (par 70 men, 73 ladies) but has a good mix of holes, including driveable par 4's for long hitters and long testing par 4/5's for men and ladies. Although we are set on the hill, the course is not hilly, with just one drop hole.

We have recently acquired an excellent head greenkeeper and have attracted many compliments on the condition of the course and greens recently.

The views from various parts of the course are second to none, looking over to Wales and we are lucky enough to have some fabulous sunsets if you stay and enjoy the catering, which is pretty good in our new clubhouse.

Worlebury doesn't have a range, but has a short iron practice ground and chipping/putting green with bunker are great for short game practice.
