Golf Forums - Server Issues + TSG site downtime......

Dear TSGers,

You may have been experiencing some down time on the site since Wed evening, due a server issue with our Hosting providers.

Rest assured, the fault lies at their end and NOT with TSG but we are working hard to rectify the issue but in the meantime, you may continue to experience some difficulties when logging on from time to time.

Hopefully this downtime will be restricted to short bursts.

Please accept our apologies and lets hope they have the problem fixed soon.

Hi All,

As mentioned on my previous note, we are currently experiencing a lot of down time on the site due to a problem with our hosting companies servers, which is still under investigation.

Needless to say, we have experienced more down time over the last 24 hours:

3am - 8am Sat night/Sun morning and 9.30am - 3pm today

Rest assured, we have vehemently expressed our dismay with the Hosting company at this down time (this is effecting all their clients not just TSG) but until they have found the fault, there is little more I can tell you at this stage or how long the issue will take to resolve.

All I can ask is that you bear with us over the next few days, while it is fixed.

Please accept the apologies from everyone here at TSG HQ!

Thanks for update. My computer appears to be the slowest in the world, so at least I know I wasn't going mad............ Ah - now I have opened the floodgates for a different debate!
