Had the pleasure of attending the Disability British Open, and what a fantastic day it was.
I spent most of the day admiring the courage, spirt and skill of the players involved today and is a memory that will never leave me. Can't wait to attend another event soon.
I managed to get some photos while following our very own Roger Hurcombe who was doing very well indeed.

Great photo's, Andy!
The dedication of these remarkable people in overcoming their disabilities should be inspiration for all of us.

Hi Ian I was great to see you and other members of the social golfer website come and support us. It is always good when we get supporters to gain more awareness of what disabled golf is all about. I am sure you will agree the standard of golf is amazing and many of the characters are so inspirational.I came nineth in my catagorgy of 37 and 34th overall with a field of 87. If you would like to checkout scores they are on the DBO website. Many thanks again for your support. Peglegrog

Hi All,
Finally got around to loading my photo's from last weeks Disabled British Open at East Sussex National...... not quite so creative as 'Young' Andy Coultrup's but equally as inspiring I hope.

Hi All,
Just to let you know again, Sky Sports 4 are showing the Disabled British Open at 11pm tonight (Tues).
However, if you can't make that time, they are also repeating it tomorrow (Wed) on Sky Sports 2 at 12 noon.
Enjoy!
:-)
