Scott Clark, Benton Hall Pro., is attempting to break a world record for the most rounds played in one day, currently standing at 18 rounds plus 3 holes, on Monday, 20th May. He will be playing a foursomes match...four people in all will be playing, starting around 04.30 and finishing when they drop.
This is to raise money for the Fairleigh Hospice, and hopefully there will be quite an attendance. As it happens, I have a game posted on that day, so we can expect them to 'come through' at least once.
Should be a great day, so if you can, please sign up...there are places left.

Well they managed to pass us once, they had completed 5 rounds mid afternoon ish... never saw them again.

I couldn't see them completing too many more rounds, if it took from 0430 to about 1500 to do 5 rounds... and one guy was definately slower... but they did hit the ball quite a distance...
