Hi Daniel (et al),

Don't panic.... unfortunately Steve has entered his card wrongly by mistake. As such, the entry was so high that it has 'thrown' the handicap system, creating an error page (proving computers can't think!).

We would normally delete his card immediately but this requires our developer working his magic behind the scenes. Sadly, he is on honeymoon this week, and uncontactable .. meaning we can't delete this card until Tuesday.

Rest assured this card will NOT be counted in the final August leaderboard.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Best Regards

Ian

Occasionally I find that TSG's system calculates scores incorrectly - it's easily resolved though - just delete the card and re-post it

I think we should give our "highest scorer" a warm welcome & a very special green TSG towel, even if he has broken the computer.....................

Bigitte, I concur completely. I cannot think of any better way to commend such a fine score.

Gary, Oh but I could, unfortunately the only way to delete a card is to open it for editing. Something that at present we are unable to do, as it just crashes out.

Ian, I am glad that I could help out with the website bug testing.

Everyone, all apologies, I promise that as far as I am aware, I did put the card in properly, but as I had to add everything from scratch because the course didn't exist in the system, I can only assume that I did do something wrong. Hopefully it will be sorted by IT very soon.

Steve.

Steve, all is forgiven - So this would be the equivalent of scoring a 9 on a par 3?
