As some of you know, we have been experiencing some problems with the site over the last few weeks and some of you have been having specific problems with your profile pages and TSG email.
Rest assured, we are working very hard behind the scenes to rectify these issues as quickly as we can but as a result, for the next few days at least, we are asking all members to log out and log back in again.
Normally the site will recognise you for up to 7 days after log-in (most sites will log you out after 10 minutes of inactivity) but for the forseeable future (and as a precautionary measure to maintain the security of the site) this has been revised to log you out after 1 hour of inactivity.
I am sure you appreciate we are trying our best to make this process as easy and convenient for everyone and we are very grateful for your support whilst we go through this process.
Once we have solved the issue, we will return the log in to normal.
Thanks for your patience and we look forward to 'normal service' being resumed shortly.
