Hi Danny  We all have good and bad days, I scored 40 at a roll up at my club (Sherfield Oaks) last week, the winner scored 44 points playing off 7!  Friday I scored about 16 (was too embarrased to add it up properly)

When you put your scores in on this site users should elect to adjust handicaps with it also, that way it should all balance out in the end.

Be proud if you score high, there are no real bandits, just people who want to show they can play the game occasionally. (hence the ever changing leaders on the leaderboard)

I too am shocked at my position and latest scoring on the leaderboard!

I only just broke my cherry 100 around June this year, shot a best of 95 around Sept/Oct time and my best score of 87 just last week.

I inflated my handicap when I first joined this site, putting myself down for 23 instead of 25+, as I knew I could play alot better than I was scoring. I personally am not interested in any scoreboard as such and am just aiming to bring my handicap down as close as possible to scratch. I use my scorecards on this website to calculate my handicap so hopefully after a few more scorecards things will settle down.

Well if you dont play regular at your own club competitions, then when playing on TSG you should use the handicap system that is in place when doing your score cards, otherwise not only are you cheating yourself, but more important your playing partners. Everyone has great, good and very bad days, but if you keep within the rules then i guess no-one will be call out for bandits or scissors, PLAY WELL
