How much does one pay for Membership as a Crown Golf Club member?

Is there a standard fee or are there any special rates out there?

Thanks

each indivdual club has its own fee so you need to shortlist your local clubs and see what they offer. Some do 7 day packages other only do 5 day.  You can get get a 3 year deal on 5 day at a reduced rate saving £100 on normal fees.

You also need to take account that some crown courses have restriction on what time you can play but these are not published and not accessable  on the web site.

Taking visitors to your home club varies you may or may not get a discounted visitors rates.   Blue mountain for instance do not give members visitors a discounted green fee but sherfield oaks does?

Hope this helps

My local which is Pine Ridge doesn't do 7 day membership so would it be ok to sign up for another club but still be able to play for free the weekend at Pine Ridge? cheeky?

I'm a member at Stapleford Abbotts GC, which is a part of Crown Golf.

I got a three year deal for a seven day membership.

On the other crown courses I can play for free midweek, which is handy for me as I work nights so can play on a Monday morning.

As I understand it if I play on a weekend after dinner I will get a greatly reduced green fee.  And if I play on a weekend morning I pay the same rate as a member's guest, so still saving me a bit of money.

I always ring the course I want to play before going just to find out what the costs are.
