Hi All,

Don't know if anyone has any long range forecast to share but this rain is getting me down now!

However, some don't seem to mind....

There's still a way to go as some of the Atlantic ocean is still there and not in Somerset!

Rumour has it that the weather is set to calm down in the week commencing 17th Feb - I always listen to BBC Weather news... and she is quite often not far wrong...

I haven't minded so much - as being 'out of commission' for a few months I hadn't expected to be able to play anyway

Still I'm recovering nicely, scar healing well... and have today managed to visit the driving range and lose 100 balls off the matting...

Playing into sunlight so I can only imagine that each was straight and as intended...

Cheery news - chatting to local greenkeeper who says that with 2 weeks of dry spell courses may get back to being 'playable'...

Should coincide with my return to action...

There is qute a lot of the Atlantic remaining - but when that has drained into Somerset there's always the Pacific...(watch out Wiltshire).
