Golf Forums - Swinley Forest Golf Club

What a great course!

I am not (sorry) a member, but have some advice.  They do admit a very limited number of Societies each year but these tend to rebook year on year

a few years ago I called the Secretary to discuss how to get a game.  He asked me to write in and registed my interest.  I said that I would take any available slot that came up!  Some time later, I got a phone call saying a Society had cancelled and could I get a group together with about a month's notice... did we ever!!!!!!

The Sec was really friendly and helpful.  The course is every bit as good as it's reputation And the lunch was awesome!
