Travelling in June.
Any TSGers played golf in San Diego? Can anyone recommend Courses to avoid or a must to visit? May nip to Las Vegas as well.

Mesquite....about 1 hour East of Vegas....Wolf Creek. The greatest course I've ever played
TPC Las Vegas also nice
Death valley has a gold course called Furnace Creek which is the lowest in the world. Really effects ball flight. I played in 50+ degrees temps a few years back. Average course but nice to say I've played there..

This one caught my interest recently as a coastal course , not links though. Unfortunately could not play it as I was on business. The Sandpiper Golf Club.
