Dear TSGers,
Wow, what a great day!
Warm weather and sunshine all day long, great company, new joiners welcomed and some new names on the trophies - the best TSG Open to date!
The lovely Surrey countryside framed the day perfectly, the club staff were fantatsic, good food and lots of laughter AND we raised over £700 for charity!

Thank you Ian, for a memorable day. Brilliantly organised and efficiently run. Reigate Hill GC put on a great display....
Commiserations to Mark Crane who managed a similar score to mine but suffered on count back, so I consider myself very fortunate, nevertheless..the grin says it all. I shall be back next year to defend MY title.
Now a bit about my round....It all began on the first tee.... when I hit a beautiful 5 wood just short of the ditch...blah blah...yawn yawn....lol
Thanks to Anna and Julia for providing such wonderful inspiration, and to Lyndon for the comedic value. :-)

Thank you Ian and everyone for such a great day out. It was good to see some old faces and see some new ones. I had a fantastic team in Hang,Noirin and Pete,and I was thankful for their forgiveness after losing the yellow ball on the 17th- if it was anyone it had to be me. I hope Pete enjoyed his hike to the train station.
I'm looking forward to next years Open already!

Do you know what, I absolutely loved this TSG Open !! The weather was great, the course was in lovely condition, the food was fantastic and the company in my fourball was the best, thank you to Richard, Sydney and Linda for making this a day to remember. I played really well, apart from losing the yellow ball on my first shot on the opening hole, ha ha. Alan, you thoroughly deserved to win, not only for that smile on your face but for your tireless work on the day and, also, congratulations to all the other winners. Thank you so much to our sponsors who provided some wonderful prizes and lastly, I would just like to mention our great leader who always puts on a great days entertainment, especially this year, it was flawless !! Enjoy the wine, Ian.
