I thought this might be useful for some of our newer players.

A 'tee' is device designed to raise the ball off the ground.

It must not be longer than four inches (101.6 mm) and it must not be designed or manufactured in such a way that it could indicate the line of play or influence the movement of the ball.

No Pete it's not the most interesting rule I could find.

It was a post for those who are just taking up golf.

I'm going to add a few more rules later.
