Hi guys,

I'm thinking of buying a smart watch or a golf watch anyone have any views or reviews I'm currently using golfpad for distances which can be used with a smart watch.

Does a golf watch add any thing more?

Any ideas thanks

Barry

Hi Barry,

I've been using a Golf Buddy - VOICE gps for the last few years and I can't fault it. As accurate as I'll ever need and affordable at less than £100.

I bought my as good as new on eBay for £50 or you can click on this link to amazon.

The Garmin S60 I use I cannot rate highly enough, the display is superb and features some really awesome functions.
I also use it as a smart watch when not on the course, counts steps and even get  call and messages on screen.

Thanks guys for your advice, after looking at prices and spec I've decided to try a Samsung s3 that was going really cheap, I'll see what happens over the next few months and do a review. But thanks again for taking the time to reply, I might still go with one of your choices.
