It depends on what you want to achieve. Check your gapping on the range (record the distances you can hit per club), where are the gaps in the distances you hot with each club? for distances greater than 10-15yds for irons you may want look at filling these gaps with another club.
If you find you struggle with irons crom 6-4, then look at hybrids as an option.
In terms of clubs you could look at a 3 wood to provide an alternative to driver off the T, or for more distance from the fairway. On the lower end of the bag you could look into a lob wedge (58 or 60), and an approach wedge 48 or 52.
Finally you don't need to carry 14 clubs, as most players rarely use all 14 during a round. Think about where you are playing and where you see there are gaps in your game on the course in terms of distances. If you find you are often in between clubs that may be a place to add a club, or alternatively get some lessons or practice to develop your skill set to play 1/2 and 3/4 shots.
Hope this helps.
