Just read this article in National Club Golfer - I think it is something we all need to be aware of.

Don't complain if the course is not in the greatest condition - we all know that the weather has actually been crap, and have seen enough pictures of floods.

But hopefully, another three and a half weeks will see us losing balls again...

I think the biggest problem is going to be the players, unfit,  fat,  and forgotten how to play, that covers me,  so if the course is crap ,we can blame that,  its always better when you can blame something, but good or bad it will be good  to being playing again,  as long as its dry, after all this time, if its raining, i can wait,  that i am getting good at!!!!

A fair amount of golf courses did have to furlough some green staff, consequently not everything has been maintained as they would have wanted. Watch out for golf courses who open up for members only on march 29th. Those clubs may be destined for early closure. I look forward to trying to remember which bat to swing.
