Dear TSGers,
Apologies for the late posting of this result but the laptop decided to go into 'recovery mode' last night. However, with the technical issues now resolved, I would like to say yesterday was our best TSG Major to date!
From the moment TSGers arrived, there was a lovely, relaxed atmosphere in the clubhouse, an overcast morning provided a cool temperature for golf and we had a lovely glorious sunny afternoon and of course, as always, a dramatic and nail-biting finish.
The shoot-out on the 18th green once again added drama (and pressure) to the day, with the winner emerging victorious after two play-off holes.
Commiserations to Mr Paul Houghton who couldn't have fought any harder for the prize.
However, congratulations to Mr. Paul Thorne.....our NEW, TSG Par 3 Champion!
