Hi Andy, a good set up near you would be Pedham Place, Swanley (see Course directory for full detail but it's actually 100 yards off the M25/M20 junction). Pedham Place has a driving range and testing Par 3 course and an 18 hole inlands 'links' style course). Cost of the Par 3 is about £8.

Andy

The Par 3 course at Hobbs Cross near Epping would be ideal. I used to take my son when he first took up the game. He was probably aged about 11 at the time. It's a genuine par 3 not a pitch and putt.

Cheers!

Adam

Risebridge GC has a par 3 course, but I've never looked at it so I couldn't tell you what quality it is!

Thanks all,

I am in the Romford area, i will look up all options!

I did have a look when i first started at Risebridge and unless they have re-built it or i went to the wrong course then its the worst pitch and putt ever seen by man hahaha.

Thanks Adam sounds ideal, his 10 coming on 11, i can only take him so far as i dont know enough, just hope the little sod listens to the little i do know haha

Cheers
Andy

Andy, I know where it is but have never had a look to see what condition it was in!

Is he ready to play the Priors?

I'm taking a lad who's 11 this Sunday afternoon so maybe if he's ready for a full course (but short) then maybe you would want to join us.
