Hi everyone, I have just come across this web-site, what a smashing idea, all golfers in one place. I thought I woul take the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Steve Cotton and I am the new sales and events manager at TopGolf Chigwell. If your in the area come and check us out or have a look at the website www.topgolf.co.uk to see a unique golfing concept. For those nearby, I look forward to seeing you soon. Any questions please ask. Keep Golfing!

Hi Steve, I've been to the TopGolf site at Chigwell three or four times. I did enjoy myself and it's a great idea but during peak times it's not cheap! If you can go during the daytime midweek then it's not too bad. Russ

I'm taking a wide guess that It seems that mr cotton has been told to get more customers to join top golf as i have been sent a copy of a friends request that he sent from one of my friends and to be honest top golf is just a driving range, but it can be fun either alone or with friends, but sadly the person he sent it to lives closer to the chertsey site, so were both wondering why is asking to be friends as he's only been a member here for less than a day I call it promoting top golf and looking for customers

TopGolf is the only driving range in the UK that will provide you with acurate distance feedback instantly to your bay. As well as aiming at golfers we also cater for non-golfers alike, so why not bring your family and friends to experience the sport in a welcoming fun environment. We do have 3 sites in the UK - Chigwell, Watford and Addlestone, all details can be found on the website. Why not suggest TopGolf as your next venue for a works night out or social gathering. Neil, Just read your post and tend to agree with you mate. It seems that Steve’s initial post was a blatant promotion drive aimed at the wider socialgolfer community. I have come across this sort of thing quite a lot over the last few months on other sites and must admit that it can become very tiring. I would suggest that Steve should contact the site administrators and look to add something via the member’s offers section that way everyone is a winner. Let’s stop this site turning into a free for all with lame attempts at self-promotion. Kind Regards Dale Strachan
