I'm particularly interested in watching the Accenture Match Play tournament to see the return of Tiger Woods.

I don't subscribe to Sky though.

There are a myriad of online sites to stream various sports but I wanted to ask if anyone has some suggestions of FREE sites?  There is one called watchlivegolf.com which costs around £8 for a year, and I am more than happy to pay that, but I'd like to know how good the quality is etc etc.

Any comments about any streaming sites is greatly appreciated!

I've just joined watchlivegolf ready for tonight. All looks ok so far but will post on here the results later. Cost was £9 for a year.

I'd be interested in watching the golf, as I too have Setanta!

The problem is that I'd not be able to sit at my computer for so long to watch it.

Hi guys,

Streaming all seemed to be fine. Sign up and installation of the software was quite easy and in general coverage was good. Website took live footage straight from the golf channel in the states (takes a bit of getting used to with ads and almost constant coverage of Tiger). Few occasions when the stream slowed and froze etc but no telling if this was the site or my laptop and hey for £9 you can't complain too much.

Overall I'd reccommend for the money. It would appear they cover virtually every tournie incl WGC, indonisian open and LPGA thailand just this week.

Side point on the matchplay/tiger. If it weren't for Brendon Jones (think that was his name) being very average Tiger would've been in trouble.

Hi,

totally agree with Keith. Although Tiger started with a birdie and an eagle he then had 2 or 3 bogeys. Brenden had loads of chances around the turn to change the match. If tiger had pretty much anyone else in some sort of form he would be dusting his clubs for the next tournament.
Watching it now and he's all square thru 9 against Tim Clark

regards

steve

I've found a site that allows you to watch the Matchplay for free.

PM me and I'll give you the web address.
