Try this: After you have warmed up at the driving range, pick three irons, say 5, 7, and 9. Pull your driver out. Hit 4 balls with your Nine iron, then 4 balls with your diver. Then four balls with your seven iron, then four balls with your driver. Four balls with your five iron, four balls with your driver. Then repeat the process, but now only hit three balls with each club, etc. until you work your way down to hitting one iron and one driver successfully. This will help your body adjust to club transition. The putting thing, that is a whole other issue. Two completely different swings and skills. See your PGA professional for that one. www.golfcradle.com Richard.

Hi Pillip, It's normal that putting and driving are not OK at the same time. When you drive well perhaps you make greens in regulation after a long shot. This means, almost certainly, a long putt to sink and a higher chance of three-putting. When your drives are erratic, chances are that you strugle to reach the green and end pitching or chipping for smaller putts. Keep in mind that shorter putts usually mean less putts. Regards. Marcel
