Nat was playing Rugby on Thursday and a boy pushed him on his shoulder, it still hurting went to chemist could not see any thing wrong have given him pain killers it hurts top of his arm front of his elbow and a very slightly at the back have sprayed on something I bought from the chemist and put some heat on it. He has a comp tomorrow I think at his club, should he play I know if its still hurting then no, but if he wakes up tomorrow and it feels ok should he go a head and play or should I leave it a few more days?

Sounds like good advice from Roly because could be 'impingement of tendon' ie it's inflamed and needs attention !

An injury can cause another injury. In addition, an injury can and will affect your normal swing, www.golfcradle.com Richard.

I went to the chemist and he did not think that there was much wrong, went to golf club yesterday he just praticed putting and chipping he did try and hit some balls it hurd a little bit so looks like it is much better, is going to go to golf club tomorrow and see how it goes at lease he can still putt and chip, yesterday he spent 1 1/2 on the short game which should do him a lot of good as he is very small for his age and needs to be better at the short game then the other kids his age so hopefully when he starts to play again he should get his handy cap down
