Any of you guys got experience of 'shoulder impingement'? I've been suffering on and off with what has been described as such since before Christmas - never completely gone just dies down before flaring up again. It's a major pain in the butt. 

The doctor has given cortisone injections (blimey do they hurt !), the physio was not much help aside from telling me to rest it and giving me a couple of exercises to do. Anyone had any success in getting rid of it and, if so, howwwwwwww?
