...It transpires that a bug was introduced during the last major upgrade (end March) which meant that, in certain circumstances, the revised handicap was not carried forward to your next scorecard (this issue was identified and raised by another TSG member, Frances Pendle, in mid-April).
The problem was quickly identified and rectified but a global check of the 'carried forward handicaps' for all members was not possible.
So instead the team manually checked the carried forward handicaps of all members who entered scorecards during the two week 'error period' (it covered a lot of members !) and rectified all instances where the revised handicap had not been carried forward but, they obviously missed one. Sorry...
