I've noticed that when a player pulls out of a game we no longer get an email to let us know. This could a problem if someone has a two ball game & the other guy has cancelled, and doesn't know it. can you check this out Mr TSG?

Hi Roly, This is not a known problem (and we haven't done any work in that area to potentially cause problems) but we'll have a good look and report back. Pete, TSG Golf Team

I don't seem to be getting any emails, even though I have some of the boxes checked (and yes, I've checked my spam folder). colin

I'm in the same boat as Colin. First the "you have messages" email disappeared, then the "Someone has joined an event you are attending" and now the only email I get is "someone has posted a game" email. This was particularly difficult when I had a game arranged for Tuesday this week and people pulled out of the game and I didn't know about it until the last minute when I went to check on the site itself.

now i've just had 18 emails arrive telling me of new games, attendances and cancellations. I would guess that they've been stuck somewhere and the queue has been released and we should all be up to date now.

Apologises, it transpired that TSG was sending the emails (as far as it was concerned) but the email were not in fact being dispatched into the ether. So a check of TSG said no problem but a check of the email server told a different story. We'll add a check of the email server to the administration alert tool so should not happen again. Thanks for your patience. Pete, TSG Golf Team.
