Just wondering how many people change the golf ball they use now that the weather has gotten colder/wetter. During the summer I've been playing with Pro V1's and at times I've had trouble getting the ball to stop on a rock hard green. Now that the greens are getting much softer I change my golf ball to the NXT Tour, Callaway or Srixon. Do you change your golf ball in the winter? Russ

I don't actually change my ball but what I do in the winter months is keep one ball in my pocket getting warm and change it ever second hole, based on the theory the a warm ball travels further than a cold one, does anyone else do this?. Mind you I can never get the ball to stop on the greens anyway!!

I do the 'keep one ball warm' thing but I change it every hole. During the winter if my ball hits the green it normally stops due to them being so wet. I've even walked onto a green and found my ball stuck in it's own pitch mark! Russ

I keep a ball in my pocket because you can easily drop it through the hole and onto the fairway when you lose the other one!...............Only joking honest.
